The kitchen is joined by an inviting sitting area, where you can curl up on the sofa to tune into the TV or get lost within a book before retiring of an evening. The apartment is completed by two double bedrooms, with one benefitting from a well-appointed en-suite, housing a walk-in shower, basin and WC. During the summer months, pour yourself a refreshing drink and head out onto the balcony, where you can relax within the sunshine with the soundtrack of the crashing waves of the nearby beach to keep you company. It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an additional double bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area. Outside, you will find a private parking space for one car and a small balcony area. All-in-all, 28 Zenith is a spectacular accommodation for exploring this corner of Cornwall. Please note: the underground car park is closed for maintenance from 3 September until 14 October 2023. Nearby roadside parking will be available on Watergate Road or Trevelgue Road. Please note: Due to storm damage caused by the heavy storms in late 2024, the Zenith buildings will have scaffolding erected through the period stated below. The repairs include roof repairs and general exterior cleaning so there could be some disruption and noise from 8am to 5pm. Scaffolding erected- early April.
