Upper House Barn is a barn conversion set within the village of Delph. Designed in a reverse level layout, on the ground floor are the bedrooms, including a king-size double, two doubles and a twin (zip/link), as well a bathroom, sleeping up to eight people in total. Upstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus a shower room. Outside is a lawned garden with a private hot tub, as well as ample off-road parking with convenient nearby road access to local tourist spots and Manchester is also only a 30 minute taxi ride away. Upper House Barn is perfect for a family getaway, any time of year. Note: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Can all pets please remain in the upstairs of the Barn. Plenty of dog walking available from the property itself. There is also a commercial nearby dog walking field approx 2 miles away.
Please note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200 on all bookings. Such a lovely house. It is stylish and modern and very clean. All amenities you need! Big kitchen and dining area perfect for groups. All rooms were spotless and comfy. Hot tub was lovely with a great view! Great pubs not too far away and loads of areas to have a good walk. If you’re wanting a relaxing holiday it is perfect. The owner was so nice and kept in good contact with us.
