This welcoming, semi-detached cottage is located on a quiet lane in the heart of Conwy, Clwyd.
Perfectly situated for local amenities and attractions, the 16th-century Plas Mawr townhouse is adjacent, just inside the town walls of the UNESCO World Heritage Site on the North Wales coast.
Guests also have easy access to the delights of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, coast and countryside for couples or friends.
Oriel cottage has been refurbished to a good standard and tastefully decorated throughout, providing you with a homely holiday accommodation.
Upon entering this lovely cottage, you'll find a snug sitting room with a charming bay window and dining area, extending to a feature fireplace and a warming gas log fire; a welcoming addition especially on those chillier evenings! There is cushioned seating for all in the sitting area, where you can relax in front of the TV or snuggle down with a good book.
The kitchen is well-appointed with access through a decorative glass panelled door onto a pretty, enclosed courtyard with table and chairs, a perfect spot for savouring the fresh coastal air whilst enjoying a drink.
There are two inviting double bedrooms upstairs for lazy mornings, alongside a family bathroom, benefitting from a bath and a separate shower.
Conwy is well-served by numerous artisan shops, friendly pubs, wine bars, quality restaurants and takeaways.
The beautiful harbour and castle are within walking distance from the cottage, and there are scenic cycle paths to explore nearby.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with seating for four people, a TV with Freeview and DVD player, iPod dock, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a multi-fuel stove. There are two double bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis with additional parking in pay and display car parks nearby. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.6 miles, a beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please note that smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for multi-fuel stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oriel Cottage welcomes two couples to explore the historic sites and attractions of North Wales. Note: The cottage is accessed up four steps from the lane, however there is a side access leading to the rear of the property for easier access. Note: Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 10am.
