Conveniently located just 7 minutes from the centre of Birmingham, this newly-renovated two bedroom duplex comes with garden and off-street parking.
In the main bedroom, there are 1 single bed, a pair of twin beds and a double wardrobe. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds making the flat ideal for up to five guests. There are also two bathrooms.
The duplex is light and has been newly refurbished to a high standard in a contemporary style. Downstairs there are wooden floors throughout, giving this spacious home a fresh and modern feel.
The living room features a large L-shaped velvet sofa, coffee table and wall-mounted 50” Smart TV. Guests can enjoy the free use of Netflix as well as super-fast Wifi. For guests wishing to work from home, there is also a laptop friendly workspace.
The kitchen runs alongside the living room and has French sliding doors with expansive views of the garden. It is well-equipped and has a dining area with attractive wooden table and chairs. The garden has a paved area that leads to a grass lawn.

The duplex is on Heneage Street just 7 minutes by bus to the bustling centre of Birmingham and all its attractions. The city is a haven for shoppers who enjoy the famous Bullring centre with more than 160 retailers, including several major, flagship department stores. It also has great history – the first market was held at the Bullring in the Middle Ages! Birmingham is also well-known as an entertainment hub, thanks to its cinemas, theatres, music and sporting venues. Aston University is a short walk away, making the duplex an ideal base for students too.
