The Borso D’Este villa apartments are homes located on the ground floor or first floor, about 300 meters from the beach in Lido di Pomposa.
Each unit features a private garden and a parking space, providing comfort and independence during your stay.
The apartments are perfect for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday, just a short walk from the sea and the main attractions of the area. Apartment in a three-room villa on the ground floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, fenced garden with parking space. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea, in an area not far from the center where you can spend your holidays by the sea in all serenity and reach both the beach and the center of Lido di Pomposa comfortably on foot. BEDS The apartment has a maximum of 4 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed. SERVICES ON REQUEST to be booked in advance or added to the cart in case of online booking: Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply. ANIMAL HOSPITALITY Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment. INSURE YOUR HOLIDAY
