Welcome to this spacious, sunny holiday home for four people on the Zeeland coast.
From this holiday home, you can walk to the beach, or to one of the many shops or terraces in Zoutelande.
Prefer to stay at home? The garden faces south, so you can also enjoy the Zeeland sun all day long here. Accommodation Through the hall of this holiday home, you enter the cozy, bright living room.
The personal, detailed decoration ensures that you will quickly feel at home here.
In the living room, you can relax behind the flat-screen TV (KPN including German channels), use the free Wi-Fi, or have a cozy chat in the dining area.
From the living room, you enter the kitchen.
It is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal, such as a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. This holiday home has two spacious bedrooms with a sink: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The first bedroom has two beds next to each other (total 160x200 cm).
The second bedroom has a box spring (180x200 cm) and a baby cot (60x120 cm).
In the bathroom, you will find everything you need for a fresh start to the day or to freshen up after a long holiday day: with a nice walk-in shower, toilet, sink, nothing is missing.
The bathroom also has a washing machine, so you can wash in between if necessary on holiday, handy because this also means you need to bring less clothing, which saves on your luggage! If you spend a day in your holiday home, you can enjoy the sun all day long in the south-facing garden (50m2).
The garden consists of a tiled patio terrace, and the surrounding plants provide plenty of greenery and privacy.
Make sure to use the garden set, or eat together at the picnic table. For the little ones, there is a foldable camping cot (60x120cm) and a high chair available in this house.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this holiday home. There are two parking spaces at the holiday home, and you can safely store your (electric) bicycles in the covered bicycle storage, which also has a charging point. Surrounding area This holiday home is in the heart of Zoutelande.
It is centrally located, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket and the beach.
Zoutelande is known as the Zeelandic Riviera for a reason: great terraces and beach pavilions, wide dunes and well-maintained beaches form the perfect combination for a sun-filled holiday.
This holiday home in Zoutelande is a wonderful place to explore various sights, towns and villages in the area, even outside of summer.
For a more active holiday, combine this with long walks or bike rides along the Zeelandic dunes.

Staat centraal bij de supermarkt, duinen en finish lein
Warm water was meerdere keren kort weg: 1x omdat boiler in keuken uit was en 1x omdat zekering uitviel. De eigenaar merkte dit zelf, omdat in zijn woning de zekering ook uitviel en kwam het uit eigen initiatief verhelpen
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer . Das eine Schlafzimmer geht über eine Treppe und im 1.OG. Die Toilette/Bad ist unten über die Küche erreichbar.
Die Schiebetür zwischen Küche und Toilette/Bad . Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstrasse.
