It is comfortably furnished and very well equipped offering the added benefit of sloped access, extra-wide doorways and no threshold step to the front door and the benefit of a wet room, this bungalow would suit those with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. Situated in a lane behind St Peter's Church, the seafront gardens, shops and railway are all within easy, level reach.
