Treat yourself to a perfect vacation in the beautiful Villa Audrey set in a quiet village near Umag in northern Istria.
This house offers complete privacy and comfort and is a great choice for an escape for a family or group of friends up to 5 people. This ground-floor villa is decorated to give you the comfort of your own home.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, as well as two separate bathrooms equipped with showers.
The open concept of the main part of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a dining table, and a comfortable living room with a glass wall for direct access to the yard, which also provides enough natural light to the whole area. A completely enclosed yard with a manicured lawn is a great place for pure fun and enjoyment.
There is a barbecue area and an outdoor dining table for pleasant morning or chill evenings outdoors, as well as a swimming pool with sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing in the company of loved ones. Availability of golf course at 2 km distance. A refundable damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in.

Villa Audrey is located in the beautiful rural landscape of north-western Istria, in the quiet village of Valica, only 5 kilometers from Umag and 2 kilometers from the beach in Kanegra. Krásné a klidně místo v dosahu města, kousek od pláže Kanegra a hranic se Slovinskem. Dovolenou s dětmi jsme si skvěle užili a pobyt zde mohu jen doporučit. Zařízení je nové, čisté, k dispozici byly i ručníky k bazénu. Vše funkční a nezničené. Naprosté soukromí. Okolní stavby nefungovaly, takže byl naprostý klid. Je to skvělé místo pro letní dovolenou.

Wunderschönes Haus, das sauberer nicht hätte sein können. Tolle, ruhige Lage und gute, moderne Ausstattung. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation. Auf Nachfrage gab es sogar zusätzlich Badetücher und der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts noch einmal gereinigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😍
