Bwth Carron is a charming detached Welsh stone cottage perched high on the hill above Barmouth harbour with magnificent views over the sea, harbour and surrounding hills.

There is no road access.

The cottage is only accessible on foot and is reached after a short but steep climb up slopes and 141 steps from the town.

The views from the cottage and the garden make the climb well worth it.

It will appeal to guests who enjoy walking, boating or beach holidays.

You can walk directly from the cottage into the hills and mountains surrounding the beautiful Mawddach Estuary.

There is a railway station nearby in the town for eploring the wider area. The ground floor is open plan, with a well-equipped kitchen area, living and dining spaces.

The dining area is complete with table, chairs and a window seat.

Stairs lead out of this room to the upper floor with three bedrooms with sea views from the double bedrooms, and a shower room with toilet.
