2 Bell Tower is a stylish first-floor apartment set within one of Penzance’s most historic buildings, dating back to 1834. Located in the heart of this vibrant seaside town, the property combines heritage charm with a contemporary interior, making it an ideal base for families and friends.
The apartment enjoys far-reaching sea views across Mounts Bay and towards St Michael’s Mount, framed beautifully by its large Gothic-style windows - a standout feature that adds character and a sense of place.
Accessed via a quirky spiral staircase, the apartment opens into a bright and modern open-plan living space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.
The living area includes a Smart TV and a dining table for family meals or games, while the well-equipped kitchen features an electric oven and hob, plus a washing machine for added convenience.
There are two comfortable bedrooms - one double and one twin - each with useful storage and their own en-suite facilities, ideal for busy mornings or added privacy.
The location is a major highlight. 2 Bell Tower is situated just off historic Chapel Street, known for its eclectic mix of independent shops, galleries, pubs, and restaurants.
Jubilee Pool, the UK’s largest geothermal, naturally heated sea water pool, is just a short walk away and appeals to all ages with lifeguard supervision and stunning views.
Guests can enjoy a stroll along the promenade, visit Penlee House Gallery and Museum, or explore contemporary exhibitions at Newlyn Art Gallery.
Mousehole, a picturesque and highly sought-after village, is a short drive away, while Newlyn and Marazion are also within easy reach.
The apartment is conveniently located near the port, where daily ferries depart for the Isles of Scilly, offering a unique day trip opportunity.
Sandy beaches are also nearby, perfect for a morning walk or an afternoon swim.
For art lovers, St Ives is a short journey north, home to Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, and beautiful beaches like Porthgwidden.
With its unbeatable location, historic charm, and stunning views, 2 Bell Tower offers a memorable Cornish escape.

Amazing location - with stunning views. Lovely nearby pubs/restaurants. Nice to have dedicated parking, flat furnished to high standard with everything needed. Loved the spiral stairs to the flat and the history associated with the building. Great to have two full bathrooms. Perfect!

Wonderful views across the bay and good to have a parking space although tight access. Warm, Well equipped and appointed with some furnishing showing signs of age. Good WFI and tv coverage although we missed the DVD player. Bed linen has been upgraded and plentiful hot water
