45 Benton Drive is a three-bedroom link-detached house in Chester, Cheshire.
Perfect for families and friends to come and explore this historic city, the street is quiet and residential, whilst the interior features exposed beams giving the space plenty of charm.
Off-road parking for one car makes it easy to arrive and get unpacked without any stress.
The sitting room is a spacious and homely place, with high ceilings and a large window that gives the interior a lot of natural light.
Sink into the leather seats and watch the Smart TV, whilst the foodie of the group gets acquainted with the contemporary kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
With two dining options available, gather around the table for six in the neighbouring dining room, or why not dine outside in your private garden? Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom and a utility with a washing machine, ensuring you have everything you need for a self-catering stay.
Upstairs, a characterful mezzanine gallery with solid beams leads you to three double bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite shower room for added privacy.
Serving all the bedrooms is a family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower to freshen up after the day's adventures.
The heart of Chester is a short journey away where there's plenty to choose from; wander the picturesque, timber-framed streets under Eastgate Clock, marvel at the beautiful cathedral, and wander the City Walls.
Discover the city's history at the Roman Gardens and the Roman Amphitheatre, whilst The Botanist Bar & Restaurant, La Fattoria, and Hickory's Smokehouse are just some of the fabulous bars and restaurants on offer.
Chester Racecourse, Chester Golf Club, and Chester Meadows are all well worth a visit too, but if you're looking for something special for the whole family, the large and colourful Chester Zoo is sure to be an unforgettable day out! More nearby family-friendly attractions include The Crocky Trail, The Ice Cream Farm, and woodland trails at the ruins of Beeston Castle.
Why not escape the hustle and bustle with a day out in Delamere Forest? Stroll through idyllic woodland with your loved ones or try something new at Go Ape! Further afield lies the maritime city of Liverpool with an impressive nightlife, an abundance of eateries, plus a selection of attractions; be sure to add Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, Walker Art Gallery, and Liverpool's Gothic cathedral to your agenda.

The property suited our needs in every way. Location - excellent. The property was clean enough, but the blinds could do with a clean and would not stay up, to let the light in. There was a dirty/used duster left under a cushion on the sofa. The mattresses were quite hard, but we know and understand...

The property is in a great location being 15 min walk from centre of Chester. Unfortunately the house was freezing when we arrived as the heating hadn’t been on. It took ages to get warm. The heating system is old and in need of an upgrade.

The house was great for staying in Chester over Christmas. We appreciated the tree. Its not the poshest place but has most things you need and a good location just outside the centre. The shower ensuite to the master bedroom is rather weak and the shower head tends to fall out of its holder. The mattress in the bedroom facing the front is reportedly uncomfortable with springs sticking through.
