A beautiful one bedroom cottage very close to the gorgeous beach and quaint town of Herne Bay.. 2 steps to entrance.

The space This holiday space is a brick-built garden room which has been separated from the main house by fencing creating a completely self-contained area for two guests.
The ample bedroom has a super king size bed.
The bedroom has wardrobes with space to hang clothes and shelves.
A separate wardrobe is home to an iron and ironing board and a dustpan and brush.
There is a dressing table with a hairdryer and a light-up make-up mirror.
A full-length mirror is also on the front of the wardrobe.
A Smart TV on the wall opposite the bed for those days when you just want to chill out in bed is there for your enjoyment.
Accessed from the bedroom via a sliding pocket door is the shower room.
This has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.
The mirror over the basin has lighting and there is a shaver socket on the wall.
Subtle low-level spotlights allow the use of the WC without the need to put the main light on and the fan which is surprisingly quiet but could still be a disturbance in the night.
The main room is both the kitchen and living space.
There are two external doors - the main door accessed via a smart lock using your smartphone and a rear door with access to the patio area.
The kitchen has a built-in oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice box.
A lovely quartz worktop adds to the style.
The kitchen has a Nespresso machine as well as the normal kettle and toaster along with cutlery crockery and cooking pans etc.
The living space has a sofa and chair and smart TV, and there is also a dining table with 2 chairs.
The outside patio area, perfect for taking in the evening rays of sun has both a table with chairs and parasol as well as a rattan corner sofa.
There is a bike shed which can hold two bikes but also is home to the cushions from the corner sofa when not in use.

The Den was a very well maintained property with everything that you would need. It was more than enough space for two adults and a dog with a lovely outdoor patio area.
