The house with the large vacation apartment is located in a quiet small residential area. The view from the apartment or from the garden terrace is overwhelming. The historic village center with the mountains in the background provide a view that has "postcard quality".

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and separate living room with a smart TV and sofa with sleep function. Furthermore, the apartment includes a large bedroom with a double bed (2 pers.) and a sports room which can be converted to a second bedroom with two separate beds (2 pers.). Moreover, there is the bathroom with shower, bathtub, and a washing machine and a separate toilet. A lockable garage with storage for bicycles, etc. is available to guests, as well as the large terrace with a spacious lawn and a large garden with a luxurious outdoor lounge.

Quiet location with great panoramic views over Rinchnach and the surrounding mountains. Of course, free WiFi, towels (each guest in his or her own color) and the matching rubber ducky (which you are welcome to take home as a souvenir), as well as bed linen. Other conveniences such as spices, coffee and cocoa pods, the dishwasher, toaster and blender, napkins, firewood for the fireplace, shower gel, shampoo and bath essence, small treats and sparkling water, as well as cold regional drinks in the refrigerator are available to guests.

In addition, all the equipment for a nice barbecue evening is provided. This includes: a three-legged swivel grill with a fire bowl, coals, aluminum trays, tongs and turner.

Guests will receive a confirmation with the entry pin (which in the best case they have defined themselves) in which the total amount for advance payment is indicated. It is requested to pay in advance by bank transfer, but cash payment upon arrival is also possible.

Each guest can withdraw from the contract at any time. This withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the guest is obliged to pay compensation. Up to the 45th day before the arrival no compensation payment occurs. Up to the 14th day before arrival 50% of the total rent will be charged, up to the 8th day before arrival 80% and in case of withdrawal up to the day of arrival the full rent will be charged. In each case, the date of receipt of the cancellation message counts. This message must contain the booking number, the complete address of the guest and the booking date. Already paid amounts will be offset with the fee.

A substitute person, who will take up the stay under the given conditions, can be provided by the guest. A written notification is sufficient in this case.

Description of the accommodation
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Smart-TV und Sofa mit Schlaffunktion. Großem Schlafzimmer (2 Pers.), Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Sportraum bzw. zweitem Schlafzimmer (3 Pers.), separater Toilette. Abschließbare Garage mit Lagermöglichkeit für Fahrräder u.ä., große Terrasse mit weitläufiger Liegewiese, sowie einem großem Garten mit einer luxuriöse Outdoorlounge. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Panoramablick über Rinchnach und die umliegenden Berge. Kostenloses W-LAN, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und weitere verschiedene Annehmlichkeiten werden gestellt!

Conditions/extras
Die Anreise ist ab 06:00 Uhr möglich. Am Abreisetag sollte die Ferienwohnung bis 23:00 Uhr verlassen werden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Selbstversorgerwohnung, allerdings sind mit dem Brötchenservice auf Wunsch (einmalig 5,00EUR zzgl. Brötchenkosten), jeden Morgen für frische Brötchen gesorgt.



Auch mit dem Vor-Einkaufsservice, ist der Kühlschrank und die Fächer bereits bei Ankunft gefüllt, hierbei gibt der Gast an, was er bereits bei der Ankunft in der Küche usw. vorfinden möchte. Hierfür wird einmalig 10,00 EUR berechnet zzgl. der Einkaufskosten.

Nur für die Services fallen Zusatzkosten an, weitere Kosten jedoch nicht. Diese sind bereits alle inkludiert.

Mutwillige Verschwendung (tagsüber alle Lampen anzuschalten oder den Wasserhahn grundlos laufen oder tropfen zu lassen), kann eine Nachzahlung von 10 EUR pro Tag nach sich ziehen.
