The bedroom is on the rear court yard which is a private calm space. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day.

All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. SHOULD EARLY CHECK-IN NOT BE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STORE YOUR LUGGAGE AND COLLECT THE KEYS FROM 11 AM AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS DONE. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law. Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment. The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock.

The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in. In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23. If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00. After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00 EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00 It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee. Check-out: before 11:00. It is a very large district of Vicenza, all the more so if associated with the Italy district, which is substantially united to it.
