Located 30 minutes from Lisbon Airport, Ericeira is the only World Surf Reserve in Europe. Guests can walk down to the beach or the village in 5 minutes to enjoy the many restaurants, cafes and shops.

A shaded gourmet area with a gas barbecue, table for 10 people and a hot tub are on the terrace accessed from the kitchen and living room. There is also an outdoor firepit, exterior lounge area and garden furniture. The property is fully enclosed.

A nice mix of modern, rustic and traditional Portuguese elements which make one feel at home among the breathtaking views of the ocean below. The main floor consists of a bedroom and bathroom, large dining room for 10 people, full kitchen with breakfast area, and a living room with a projector and fireplace. The first floor holds 2 large suits, and two bedrooms which share a bathroom. A sitting area with a flatscreen tv makes a comfortable living space upstairs. All beds are kingsize, except in the children’s room, where two single beds are made up. All bathrooms have showers, and the children’s bathroom also has a bathtub. The house has a Bluetooth sound system which is both to be enjoyed indoors and outdoors, in the garden and around the Jacuzzi. In the garage there is a laundry room available to guests.
