The central hub of this house is the fantastic open plan kitchen/dining room which boasts high specification appliances. If you like outdoor adventures such as walking, cycling, and climbing, you are surrounded by some amazing scenery and routes around Latrigg, Catbells, Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn to name a few. You can easily walk into Keswick town centre and leave the car behind.
You have just a 5-minute stroll into the town centre, Keswick which is vibrant and has a great outdoor market and plenty of places to eat and drink.
Its bustling centre has an abundance of quality restaurants, pubs serving local cask ales, independent shops, and the obligatory outdoor and fashion brands, along with plenty of delis, bakeries, coffee shops and local craft stalls.

Very happy with Helvellyn House. But would say I don’t think two TVs in the walk through lounge is a good idea, only one is needed. Everything you needed was provided, although it might sound petty, not enough toilet rolls provided for eight people. The property is ideally situated for all amenities in Keswick and perfect for a large family group.

Help: instructions about rubbish and recycling- current situation not good We were very happy with the house but little details make things better!!Like more wine / beer glasses and a teapot and new saucepans would make the overall experience so much better Having said that we plan to rebook so it would be good to see these suggestions implemented Thank you
