Yew Tree Farm is a spacious farmhouse nestled in the village of Ludgershall near Brill in Buckinghamshire.
The well-appointed holiday home boasts a vast garden with a patio and furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun and countryside views, welcoming up to sixteen guests sleeping across eight bedrooms and making it the ideal base for a family to get together.
After a busy day exploring the surrounding attractions settle down in either of the spacious sitting rooms, one of which is home to the characterful woodburning stove that warms the room and provides a homely glow; bask in its light before heading into the fully-equipped kitchen to help prepare a tasty meal.

The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with Aga, microwave and fridge/freezer, a dining room in the conservatory, a sitting room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, there is also a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, two double with en-suites, a mezzanine double, a double and two second-floor doubles, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking and a large garden with patio and furniture. Within 2.8 miles there is a shop and 0.1 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Yew Tree Farm is a great setting for a countryside getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yew Tree Farm, which we booked for a family holiday. The facilities were excellent and just as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hot tub was on for when we arrived which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

A nice place with lovely gardens. Some issues with difficulty in temperature control in some showers, and the plug in the downstairs toilet basin was missing. Nice welcome pack and good WiFi. The information about dogs at the property suggests they have to stay in the kitchen or utility room, which we found unrealistic. This was not specified in the online information.
