Welcome to our newly renovated & designed eco-holiday finca, a harmonious blend of authentic charm and modern luxury, nestled in the heart of Mallorca.
Built in 2017 on a spacious 14,200 sqm plot, it offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the picturesque landscape, including the UNESCO world-heritage Tramuntana Mountains.
Just a short drive from Sineu, the historic old capital of Mallorca, and 30 minutes from Palma and the island's most spectacular beaches, our finca is the perfect base for exploring the island's wonders.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large variety of plants and a large pool area that invites you to relax, dream and unwind. Amazing resort-like swimming pool overlooking a field of sheep. Particularly their ringing bells, with a beautiful view of the mountains and farmland in the distance.
A bit far from areas like Deia that we would have liked to spend more time in, but it didn’t matter bc we were central to everything!

Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind tatsächlich atemberaubend und authentisch. Man fühlt sich wie ein Teil der Insel und nicht wie ein Tourist. Das alte Bauernhaus hat den Charme (z.B. alten Steinwände) behalten, wurde aber modern gestaltet. Die Inneneinrichtung hat ein stimmiges und unaufdringliches...
Der Ofen und der Herd sind mit Gas betreiben, was mir persönlich nicht so zugesagt hat.
