Renovated to a high standard, be welcomed into a sitting room where a large window allows in seas of light and creates a homely atmosphere for you to relax in with a cup of tea. The kitchen/diner is fantastic, sporting ample amenities and contemporary décor, as well as a central dining table for guests to enjoy together.
The Teepee has three bedrooms for you to choose from, each with tasteful furniture, including a king-size with a floral feature wall and a sofa, a twin with seaside themes and a single, as well as a shower room for you to shake the sand from your hair.
Southwold is a fantastic seaside location with so much on offer for guests, beginning with the fashionable high street, where there is an abundance of tasty eateries and independent shops.
The Denes beach boasts an expanse of sand ideal for those who love a walk in the salty air or wish to enjoy watersports, and sightseeing at the well-known Southwold Pier and Southwold lighthouse are a must.
For more countryside walks, head over to Dunwich forest and RSPB Minsmere to see what wildlife you can find.

An ideal property for the extended family to spend their holiday in. The accommodation was really impressive and decorated to a high standard. All furnishing appeared clean and spotless. The Teepee is also situated in an ideal location although no parking with the property they managed to get parked up with no problems. Would certainly use again.

We really enjoyed staying at The Teepee. Great accommodation. Very clean. Everything you need. Brilliant location in the centre of town and near to the beach. Our 9 year old enjoyed the games. We had no problem finding parking nearby. Would definitely recommend staying there.

It was a lovely warm cottage with everything we needed and is in a great location for the beach and town. Lovely kitchen and comfy lounge, great WiFi and really appreciated Netflix. It needs a bit of a freshen up in the spare bedrooms and bathroom and a bit of a paint but maybe that is coming for the summer! The ironing board needs replacing as was unusable. All in all it was very comfortable.
