This contemporary stylish lodge is situated at Lady Edith’s Holiday Park where you are surrounded by 52 acres of private grounds and woodland, just 3 miles from Scarborough’s glorious golden beach.. 5 steps to entrance.
All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Flexible Sleeping Only) Dining area.
Kitchen area: Gas Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Freeview TV Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. .
Hot tub (private).
Private parking for 1 car; additional on road parking.

At Lady Edith’s Holiday Park you have a welcoming family friendly bar next to a play area, making this fun for everyone.
You can also purchase a fishing permit for the local mere or explore the nearby woodland.
In Scarborough there are two bays.
North Bay Beach sweeps in a crescent lined with colourful beach huts with the Sea Life Centre at the far end.
You can walk from the North Bay all the way along the promenade to the busier South Bay.
At the south bay you have all the fun of a traditional seaside holiday with arcades as well as many cafés, restaurants, bars and shops to visit.
Both bays have lovely, large sandy beaches.
There is also Scarborough Castle which stands on the cliff top between the two bays, as well as the casino and the funfair on the seafront.
Peasholm Park is wonderful to discover, you can hire pedalos and rowing boats to go around the lake and see the stunning oriental gardens.
Scarborough is famous for its theatres.
There is an outdoor theatre which stages concerts by some of music’s big names, and then there is the Stephen Joseph Theatre which is famous for the premieres of Alan Ayckbourn’s plays.
The Alpamare waterpark is great for all ages, with its fantastic wave pool and waterslides, as well as a large heated outdoor infinity pool.
Keep younger children entertained with the ’splash and play’ area.
For adults there is a spa where you can relax and be pampered.
The heated outdoor pools are warm enough to enjoy through all of the seasons.
Further along the coast you also have Ravenscar, Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Bridlington to discover.
There is so much to see and do you are sure to be spoilt for choice.

Great lodge, clean and well equipped. Had small issue with WiFi, however owner dealt with that promptly and was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful location with woodland walks and Scarborough only minutes away. Experienced some noise on the Saturday night from the bar, a bit loud until 1am but otherwise a great weekend away.

great accommodation with everything new , very warm which was good as we stayed in December.
everyone on site makes you welcome and nothing was any bother. Clubhouse very good with entertainment and staff / owners are great.

We had a lovely stay. Just what we needed. A beautiful lodge in a scenic and quiet location. The weather was glorious which was a bonus! The hot tub is a great perk! Looking forward to visiting again in the future.
