Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It will be possible to collect the keys to access this apartment at a Radical Storage collection point near the accommodation, by showing the code that you will receive by email the evening before check-in. In order to receive the email with the address of the collection point and the collection code, it is essential that you have completed the online check-in procedure via our Guest Portal no later than 11:00 am on the day before check-in.


The collection of keys at the collection point can take place from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the day of check-in.

The return of the keys to the collection point must take place no later than 11:00 on the day of check-out.

Under no circumstances should the keys be left in the apartment upon departure.


PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.


A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00:

- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

- From Santa Maria Novella station, it is possible to take bus n. 6 or 14 to "Niccolini" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, from the station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes.


- If you are traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots around the property. The cheapest and closest alternative is Sant'Ambrogio car park, in Piazza Annigoni 9, open 24 hours a day, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
