The flat has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.


It is a very green area, in twenty minutes on foot and very few by car, you will find yourself at the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca and, continuing, among the marvelous Bolognese hills.

Walking under the arcades of via Saragozza you can reach the center of Bologna in twenty to thirty minutes; reaching it by bus is very simple and fast, the bus stop is right next to the house, in ten minutes you will find yourself in the historic center of Bologna.

The main bus lines stop near the house and in a very short time you can reach the historic center of Bologna.

If you have a car, you can park it right under the house in the special paid parking lots with blue stripes or you can leave it in a free outdoor car park adjacent to the Certosa Cemetery, a five-ten minute walk from the house.

Moving on foot, you can quickly reach the historic center of Bologna by following the arcades of via Saragozza.

If you are a nature lover you can find many parks near the house and explore the beautiful Bolognese hills.
