Two-room apartment located on the second floor of a building, without lift, located in the heart of the historic center of Parma.
The property enjoys a central location (ZTL), in a picturesque, popular and lively district, near the Don Gnocchi Foundation. The apartment is able to comfortably accommodate 2 people with a double bedroom and a single sofa bed, in 53 m2, overlooking the internal garden while remaining very quiet and bright. LIVING AREA: sofa, 40" TV, kitchen equipped with moka coffee maker, microwave oven and various utensils. DOUBLE BEDROOM (possibility of dividing into two single beds): complete with wardrobe, lamp and bedside tables. BATHROOM: complete with shower cubicle, bidet, sink and hairdryer. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: air conditioning via split (in the corridor), iron and ironing board, clothesline. Independent heating with gas boiler. ATTENTION: The sofa in the living room is NOT usable. PLEASE NOTE: There is no washing machine in the bathroom. ATTENTION: Wifi is NOT available. BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the Marconi Express to Bologna station and continue by train to Parma station.

Me encanto el departamento, esta bien ubicado para recorrer todo caminando y si quieres ir para otro lado el tren esta cerca, estuvo genial. Mustafa siempre respondió a cada mensaje y todo super bien
La ducha es muy pequeña y solo le agregaría un poco mas de luz a la cocina comedor.

Locația este buna, zona liniștită, însă apartamentul are nevoie de îmbunătățiri. Am avut neplăcerea de a nu funcționa încălzirea si apa caldă timp de 1 zi si 1 noapte, iar după vizita instalatorului tot nu s-a remediat total si noi eram nevoiți să golim o găleată pt că instalația picura
