Nestled in the quiet suburb of Great Boughton on the outskirts of Chester, Cheshire is 7 Marl Croft.
This wonderful, detached bungalow benefits from ground-floor living, an enclosed rear garden, off-road parking and a close proximity to the heart of Chester; perfect for families, friends or couples looking to explore the historic city.
After a fun-filled day in Chester, enter into your new home-from-home and unwind in the sitting room while the designated chef of the group makes themself at home in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Gather the group around the table to tuck in before stepping into the homely conservatory where you can sink into the plush sofa and flick on the TV with a glass of your favourite tipple in hand.
When the sky darkens, wash off the day in the shower room before choosing one of three bedrooms to catch your rest; there is a double with TV, a double and a single. 7 Marl Croft lies conveniently near the local supermarket where you can stock up on necessities and pubs including Peacock Hotel and The Bridge Inn which serve delicious food, great for when you don’t fancy cooking! The heart of Chester houses a myriad of other bars and restaurants, perfect for those seeking a more vibrant nightlife and good food; be sure to visit Barlounge, Kuckcoo and The Guild for cocktails and La Fattoria or Sergio’s for impeccable Italian cuisine.

Spend the day in the world famous Chester Zoo or take a short drive across the border to the Welsh coast, to explore Colwyn Bay, Llandudno which boast impressive beaches or Conwy for more history.

A very comfy house to stay in, good facilities overall and clean and well maintained. Well equipped with nice welcome pack. Nice to be able to park at house. Neighbours seemed very friendly and helpful too. Perhaps people with mobility issues might find the low level toilet not so easy to use. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Our third visit to this immaculately appointed bungalow. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished throughout. A very generous welcome pack much appreciated! Ideally situated for visiting Chester and surrounding areas (bus stop at the end of the road). Recommend Katies Tea Room in Chester for afternoon tea and the Cheshire Cat in Christleton for lunch and dinner.
