You may have already visited ancient historical complexes full of frescoes and period furniture, but have you ever lived there like real nobles of other times? You will enter through a huge, airy and very bright eighteenth-century loggia: unique. Ideal base for tours of all the Marches.

The apartment is part of Palazzo Romani Adami: a national monument from the 1700s, totally renovated to offer our guests modern comforts (Wi-Fi, heating, TV and covered pay parking). Independent entrance, the accommodation offers a study corner entrance, a lovely dining/sitting room with a French window opening onto a large, equipped and shared terrace. The bedroom is huge, king size double bed and a single bed, large table and second study corner. Furthermore, we also find a bathroom with a large shower and a large equipped kitchen. Suggestive terrace, for common use, equipped with tables and chairs. Independent entrance through the lemon court. The Conte Giacomo suite is at the complete disposal of guests. They will have access to the common areas: the front terrace and the lemon court.

Fermo, on top of a hill 7km from the sea,
it is an ancient center, first Piceno (9th century BC) and then Roman. It preserves the urban layout of an ancient and important small Italian city of art. Testimonies from the Roman, medieval, Renaissance, eighteenth-century and nineteenth-century baroque periods.
