Ideal for visiting all the Marches. SPACES Through an independent entrance that guarantees privacy, a single large room opens up (in addition to the private bathroom with shower) consisting of a double bed and a single bed with a large corner for dining, a sitting area: the large arches and curtains contribute to isolate environments.
Guests will also be able to enjoy a spectacular and very bright eighteenth-century shared loggia and a large green courtyard equipped with chairs and tables for semi-private use, the Corte del Pozzo.
Although it doesn't have a kitchen, the loft is equipped with appliances, a common washing machine, WiFi, independent heating and a paid covered car park.
