This bedroom is located to the front of the property and therefore some road noise can be heard at busy times of the day. There is an ensuite with shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

The family bathroom has a roll top bath with shower-over-bath and curtain, along with toilet and basin. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.

To reach the front door there are 13 concrete steps. It comes with one on-street parking permit (vehicle registration required).
