A private refuge for up to four vacationers can be found in the sea view villa Casa Rosa, which we definitely call a little all-rounder.
It manages to accommodate everything you need for a vacation in Mediterranean climes on 200 m² of lovingly designed area.
Two terrace areas are available for relaxing outdoor hours.
On the side of the house you will find the dining area - perfect for an extended breakfast as well as for a culinary end of the day, where the brick barbecue is happy to help you. From this area you can look out to the sea as well as from the small veranda in front of the house, which offers you an inviting place for a coffee with a view, for example. Cleverly, a pool area was built on the slope, which will delight you with a 15 m² pool and adjacent sun deck, where you can dry off on one of the comfortable loungers after a refreshing swim. A clever room concept easily accommodates different areas inside as well. Light-colored floors and walls as well as the deliberate avoidance of superfluous frills lend the rooms a pleasant clarity and structure. The fact that from the sofa, when you open the door, you can in turn look all the way to the sea, is simply a dream! The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen including filter coffee machine are openly connected to the sofa corner. In the two available double bedrooms you will surely find the perhaps long-desired deep relaxation; both have TV and access to the outside.

Also the numerous beautiful bays, including sandy beaches are absolutely recommendable. From Casa Roza you can reach the nearest sandy beach after a short 10-minute drive. You can even reach a traditional konoba on foot. Supermarkets for your daily needs you will find in the next village Podstrana. The nearest international airport of Split (SPU) is only 27 km away.
