With an area of 246 m2, our villa with single bedroom consists of an indoor area of 109 m2 with a living room, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and a private garden of 137 m2, featuring a heated private pool of 25 m² with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture and sunbathing and resting space.
It also opens to the lagoon pool with fresh water. The bedroom features a super king bed of 200 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a makeup table & mirror, a safe box, a minibar and a seating group.
A shower/WC, a hair dryer, a hair straightener, bathrobes and slippers are available in the bathroom. There is a seating group and a couch in its living room.
A fully- equipped separate kitchen, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, tea & coffee set, a 65” LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Chromecast and Satellite broadcasting are also available. The villa is equipped with smart automation system.
There is a 55” LCD Ultra HD Smart IP TV, Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth Sound System, Chromecast, Satellite broadcasting, central air conditioner, telephone, iron and ironing board in its bedroom.
The room floor is parquet/marble.
