Casa grande immersa nel silenzio, con ottima posizione sia per raggiungere le spiagge che il centro di Numana e di Sirolo. Mancava un ombrellone nel terrazzino che, dalle 12 in poi, era in pieno sole e non utilizzabile senza ombra. In bagno mancavano gli appendini per gli asciugamani ed un tappetino per la doccia.

Tranquillità, piscina e ottima posizione, ma mancava lo specchio, c'erano solo 4 bicchieri, era poco curata e il mobilio era scarno.
