L'appartamento era in un'ottima posizione sul confine tra Numana e Sirolo, con posto auto (essenziale nel mese di agosto) e tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi.
Struttura pulita, parecchio rifornita e posizione comodissima sia al centro di Numana che di Sirolo.

La posizione è congeniale come pure il parcheggio, ma le pulizie sono scadenti, i letti scomodi, l'arredo datato, la doccia scadente e c'è un odore di vecchio. Non vale proprio il prezzo pagato.
