Een heel ruim appartement met een mooie tuin en uitzicht op zee. Ook een fijne privéparkeerplaats, een goed uitgeruste keuken en een laadpaal voor elektrische auto's op 300 meter afstand. Slaapruimte aan de straatkant.

consiglio di prendere in considerazione l'acquisto di tapparelle fonoassorbenti.\n\nPosizione ottima, parcheggio ottimo e giardino condominiale ottimo con vista sul Conero come da foto presente nell'annuncio. Appartamento buono, purtroppo vicino ad una via principale un pò troppo rumorosa a qualsiasi ora: consiglio di prendere in considerazione l'acquisto di tapparelle fonoassorbenti.

La posizione è perfetta: a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sirolo (bellissimo) attraverso il parco pubblico dove ci sono interessanti mercatini aperti anche la sera. A piedi si raggiunge anche la spiaggia di San Michele che è una delle più belle. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e pulito oltre ad essere ben arredato ed accessoriato.
