Tutto ok, tranne per il posto auto indispensabile in quanto non puoi fare escursioni.

La posizione era perfetta, ma la proprietà avrebbe bisogno di un posto auto, altrimenti una persona non tornerebbe.

La vista dell'appartamento e la sua posizione sono buone, ma la pulizia dell'appartamento è scarsa, non ci sono bidoni per la raccolta differenziata, è troppo lontano dal parcheggio o non c'è una convenzione settimanale per lo stesso.
