Ottima posizione della struttura, locali molto belli, ben fornita di ogni tipo di attrezzature per la cucina (piatti, bicchieri, posate e pentole), comoda da raggiungere e vicina a supermercato, bar, gelateria, posta, bancomat e tanti bei negozietti. Perfetto il box sottocasa, veramente comodo. Molto carino il giardino. Purtroppo, i locali sono male arredati e soprattutto i materassi e i cuscini
