La posizione dello stabile è ottima: a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Sirolo in 5 minuti e la fermata dell'autobus è a un minuto di distanza per raggiungere le spiagge. Inoltre, il parcheggio auto è stato comodissimo, essendo situato in uno spazio interno al residence. L'appartamento ha una buona metratura, adatto anche a gruppi di tre persone. Una rinfrescata non guasterebbe.\n\nPosizione molto comoda, animali ammessi (con supplemento), vicinanza a un parco, Kit di benvenuto dell'agenzia con le cose indispensabili per la prima sera: carta igienica, detersivo piatti, spugna, sapone: bravi, le altre agenzie prendano esempio. Appartamento situato su una strada con traffico continuo. Dotazioni molto carenti (una padella, una pentola e una caffettiera da 5). Nonostante avessimo fatto richiesta, non c'erano coperte, il che ha reso il riposo molto difficile a causa del freddo di settembre. L'unica stufetta non era utilizzabile poiché disponeva di una presa tedesca incompatibile.
