Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do 2 pięknych plaż w Numanie i Sirolo.Pościel i ręczniki bardzo czyste
Mieszkanie jest stare, ale nie to jest problemem.Jest brudne,sprzęty AGD działają,ale mają chyba 50 lat,kurz na wentylatorach,mini ogródek zaniedbany

Non si è lontano dalla spiaggia del frate (Numana), 20 minuti dalla spiaggia Urbani, inoltre la fermata della comoda navetta gratuita per raggiungere le spiaggie S. Michele, Sassi neri e Urbani è vicina. Anche il supermercato è vicino, si raggiunge in poch...
La casa ha 6 posti letto, ma non è realmente funzionale per 5 o 6 persone: il bagno è piccolo e vecchissimo, la cucina ha i mobili vecchissimi e gli elettrodomestici (lavatrice, caldaia e ventilatore della cucina) sono degli anni '80 o 90.
