It was big and spacious
The mountain of rubbish at the back of the property and the unusable outside space at the rear. The surrounding student accommodation, the towels the fact that the photos didn't represent the actual property and it was grubby inside and in dire need of updating

Nothing.
Dirty, not enough towels, cups, cutlery. Looks nothing like the pictures. The smell was awful. Garden area is non existent. I felt like wiping my feet on the way out.
