Welcome to our spacious house in central Birmingham. We hope you enjoy your stay! The surrounding area has a lot to offer, located minutes from the city centre and is the perfect base for your city break or work stay.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, toaster, microwave and utensils.
For a hassle free start to your stay we operate a self-check-in system. Once booked please get in touch for an easy to follow guide and lockbox code.
If traveling by car parking in the city can be tricky, but not to worry, you are more than welcome to park in the front garden (space for one vehicle).
The house also offers a television and internet access.
This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains two single beds.
The fifth bedroom contains three single beds.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed if needed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
One on each floor. Both bathroom's have a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen are all included to make your stay more enjoyable as well soap dispensers.
Weekly cleaning is an option for stays over 3 weeks (additional charge might apply).
House Rules:
- Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out is any time before 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No parties/events.
- There's free parking within the front garden of the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Charges apply if check out late

8 of us stayed for 2 nights and there was enough space - it would be a tight squeeze for 10 (not enough sofa space!) and definitely not big enough for 12. We had everything we needed in the house, and were able to walk to the bistros in Brindley Place and into the city centre shops.
