The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. A lemon tree is on your terrace where lemons are ripe all year round.

Perfect for a Gin and tonic. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, coffee maker, toaster a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Full Spanish and English television.

A selection of games and books are provided in the lounge. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a modern bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. A shopping trolley is provided so that you can take advantage of the weekly market where local produce is in abundance. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am prompt. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, only on the front terrace/garden. - There is plenty of roadside parking available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. Please be respectful of the neighbours and we ask that after 12 o'clock/ midnight that you keep noise to a minimum.
