We are in via Nizza, a long artery full of shops, bars and clubs that connects the suburbs with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, from which you can easily explore the city center! The 30 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with lift and is composed as follows: KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, oven, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils. DINING AREA with table and chairs NIGHT AREA consists of a foldaway double bed and a wardrobe BATHROOM is equipped with toilet, bidet and bathtub with glass shower wall. Further services available to guests: TV, UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. Logement sécurisé, très propre avec mobilier en etat neuf, de nombreux rangements. L'arrivée et départ étaient en totale autonomie avec boite a clés (facilement trouvable avec instructions détaillées) ce qui est appréciable.

Alloggio completo di ogni servizio, tutto funzionante e a portata, ma se non amate il caldo in estate è un forno, mezza finestra aperta, l'altra metà è saldata, nessuna possibilità di condizionatore, nessun ricambio d'aria o possibilità di circolazione, il solo ventilatore a disposizione non risolve nulla. È invivibile così, purtroppo

4 Wände und ein Dach über dem Kopf, bisschen besser als unter der Brücke.
Das Zimmer ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand, reinigen ist ein Fremdwort, ich habe 5 Tage durchgenießt wegen der enormen Staubbelastung.
Die Küchengeräte waren alle dreckig, da hat die Arbeit erst begonnen.
