Situated just a five-minute walk away from Salcombe’s famous waterside, beaches, restaurants and boutique shops, 2 Channel View is a three-storey holiday home that benefits from stunning panoramic views over the estuary and out to sea from each of the bedrooms, the lounge and the terrace. The property is accessed up a steep flight of stone steps (42) from the shared driveway to the front door.

Once inside, from the entrance lobby is the main open plan living accommodation and a small cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin.

The comfortable lounge has two double sofas, occasional furniture and a Smart TV. The dining area towards the rear has a large table seating six. Towards the front of the lounge is a light and airy sunroom with conservatory style furniture, with large double doors that open out on to the spacious terrace with stunning estuary views.

Leading from the lounge is a newly fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms in total.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units and wardrobe.

A twin room has two single beds, bedside units, drawers and wardrobe.

This room benefits from an en suite with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. Also, on this floor is the family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin and w.c. The final twin bedroom is on the second floor with TV and DVD player.

In addition, two parking spaces are available on the driveway.

2 Channel View is a comfortable and spacious three-storey home, offering superb uninterrupted views of the Salcombe estuary and sandy beaches of Mill Bay and Sunny Cove. It is a short walk away from Salcombe’s famous waterside, beaches, numerous restaurants and boutique shops. It has three bedrooms, family bathroom and an en suite, and sleeps six. The accommodation provides an open plan living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs, cloakroom and sun room which leads to a terrace. 2 Channel View is the ideal home for a multi generation family looking to relax and enjoy all that Salcombe has to offer. Please note there are 42 steep steps up to the property from the parking area. Fabulous. Clean, comfortable and a good location with excellent views. The owners have put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our stay was excellent.The holiday home had everything we needed to have a fantastic week. The spa passes for the Harbour Hotel provided were really appreciated. We highly recommend this holiday home.

A beautiful property with stunning views of the Salcombe estuary. A short walk from the town shops offering a very high standard accommodation across 3 floors. The property owner has given a great deal of thought to the facilities they provide, with the kitchen having all the latest appliances including a coffee maker and air fryer.

Very nice accommodation. The views were really lovely whether it was sunny or raining. Always something going on as you looked out the front windows so you can sit reading a book and keeping an eye on the events on the water. We had a lovely week
