Just outside the village and the beach of Marina di Campo, it is about 1 km from all services.
This means that in less than 5 minutes by car you will find yourself on the largest and most loved sandy beach on the Island! The location allows you to enjoy your holiday in complete tranquility and relaxation, in the countryside of Campo nell'Elba, near the main artery that connects the town center to the wonderful inlets of the Costa del Sole: Fetovaia, Cavoli and Seccheto.
Here you can change rhythms, habits, landscapes, nourish your eyes and take deep breaths of fresh, clean air. Location information: - quiet area; 1 km from the town and beach of Marina di Campo Distances: - from Portoferraio: 16.7 km - from Porto Azzurro: 21 km - from Capoliveri: 22.5 km - from Marciana Marina: 13.3 km - from Rio Marina: 31.2 km - from Portoferraio hospital: 16.7km - from the port of Portoferraio : 16.9 km - from shops: 1 km Distances from the beaches: - from Marina di Campo beach: 1 km - from Cavoli beach: about 4.5 km - from Seccheto beach: 5.5 km - from Fetovaia beach: 8 km We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date.

On the mezzanine floor you will find an equipped terrace, a large kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and dining room, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with tub and shower.
A spiral staircase will take you downstairs where you will find a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a second bathroom with shower. Services inside the apartment: - fridge with freezer; gas fires; electric oven; washing machine; hair dryer; mosquito net in the main bedroom; inverter air conditioning in the main floor Services outside the apartment: - external space with small fenced garden; equipped terrace; private parking space Important Notes: - groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted - check-in in our offices in Marina di Campo from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning (more than one animal on request) - deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

All’ingresso in struttura le pulizie non erano state fatte e anche dopo non erano molto complete. Segnalato anche diversi problemi di rotture che (a parte il piano cottura) sono comunque state sistemate. La struttura è molto graziosa ma andrebbe curata meglio. Bene il riscontro con GoElba.

Arrivati per il check-in ho duvuto pagare di nuovo i costi per le pulizie ( mi son stati rimborsati dopo 15 gg, contattatando l'assistenza Holidu).
