In the magical setting of the Umbrian countryside, the green heart region of Italy, not far from Città di Castello and a small village once owned by the Marquises of Collevecchio, Villa Ginevra is a true oasis of peace and tranquility.
The house is completely fenced and the property is accessed by a tree-lined avenue that will lead you to the outdoor garden from which you can enjoy a unique view over the Vatiberina.
Set in the middle of a chestnut wood and with a small olive grove behind it, the Villa has 8 beds to which you can add another 2 places on a sofa.
The 4 bedrooms of the structure are served by 2 bathrooms. Outside the large swimming pool of 12 meters long by 6 wide, will offer you the right refreshment on summer days even if the area, more than 300 meters above sea level, is rather windy and cool due to the presence of many trees. .
By the pool you can relax on deck chairs to enjoy sunbathing or a nice relaxing break.
Also outside, the structure has a large private parking area. The house, entirely made of stone, has a large green garden where you can stroll or indulge in your favorite activities such as outdoor sports, yoga classes, reading and much more.
