the apartment was the perfect location for us with the ball at the icc, the apartment was spotless and had all that we needed, also very secure.

Average facilities, nothing much to boast about. Good communication via WhatsApp to resolve the broken or not working issues, but took up valuable time ( 3-5hours ).
Wi-Fi not working, heater in living room not working, dining table was broken/wobbly. These were resolved but took our valuable time, 3-5 hours, and no compensation for it. Deposit of £250 required on booking.
Good central location, clean, attractive property

Rather unusual to be asked for photo ID and proof of address for UK accommodation: I was away from home when I booked it, and don't tend to carry such documentation with me.
