The detached Durchholzhof house is situated at an altitude of 1,050 metres between St. Johann im Pongau and the popular ski resort of Wagrain.
Its peaceful mountain setting offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Alpine landscape, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in the Austrian Alps. The first and second floors comprise two spacious holiday apartments, which are rented exclusively together.
Guests enjoy private use of both floors, featuring two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living areas, and five bedrooms.
The accommodation is well maintained, comfortably furnished, and offers plenty of space for families and larger groups. Right next to the property is the owner's organic farm, where guests can purchase fresh local produce. The Snow Space Salzburg ski area, including Flachau, Wagrain, and St. Johann, is only 5 km away, providing excellent opportunities for skiing and winter activities. Please note: The property is accessed via a mountain road.
