The chalet is a semi-detached house, whereby you live in the left half completely alone. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. On the first floor there are two very large bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. Since the house is built on a hill, most of the basement is above ground. Here you will find another spacious bedroom, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a private wellness area with sauna where you can relax after a day in the snow, a beautiful hike or a mountain bike tour. In short, a beautiful chalet that is rightly worth at least four stars.

Leogang is one of the most popular spring, summer and autumn destinations in Austria at any time of the year due to its extensive program. There are many options for e.g. B Mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those seeking peace and quiet in the immediate area. Austria's largest ski area, Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 kilometers of slopes, 70 cable cars and lifts and 60 cozy huts, is in the immediate vicinity.
