Appartamento Rosetta is a three-roomed holiday home, located a few steps from the beach of Lido Marini, on the Ugento coast . The holiday home is on the ground floor, is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, TV, satellite decoder, satellite dish. The fully fenced holiday home offers up to 5 beds . Pets are allowed pets with little extras. The holiday home in Lido Marini sleeps 5: Appartamento Rosetta The holiday apartment it has a spacious courtyard, partly furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, for relaxing outdoors.
Appartamento Rosetta opens with open kitchen and dining room. From here the hallway, in which there is air conditioning, leads to the two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 double . Complete the interiors 1 bathroom with shower . The surroundings of Appartamento Rosetta in Lido Marini The holiday home Appartamento Rosetta is located in the lively town center Lido Marini, a seaside resort on the Ugento coast, on the Ionian Sea. The promenade from which all the most beautiful sandy beaches start is located just 250 meters from the house. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the hallway.

l'unica pecca che mi sento di evidenziare è la tv poggiata sopra il frigorifero in maniera al quanto pericolosa. Consiglierei di metterla in sicurezza. per il resto tutto perfetto. cordiali saluti, sig ragucci Gianguido

Casa ristrutturata da poco quindi pulita e in ottimo stato, vicina alla spiaggia 600 mt., vicina al supermercato Sidis, al Panificio, alla strada principale.

Casa molto comoda per 4 persone. Spazio esterno sufficiente anche per pranzo /cena. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere il mare che supermercato, negozi e ristoranti
