The freshness of the pine forest,relaxation by the pool The Trulli Serralta are located in thecenter of a large pine forest surrounded by ancient olive trees.
Thesmall villa is set in a well-kept garden with a beautiful pool andwith solarium, shared with another villa.
There is a large outdoorarea( with exclusive use) where you can have lunch and dine in thefreshness of the Apulian countryside. The surrounding of the Trulli Serralta Trulli Serralta is located in theforest where other homes are also present.
It is only a fewkilometers from the nearest town namely the beautiful town ofLocorotondo, all to be discovered, as the renowned center ofAlberobello, just 10 kilometers away.
For those who would like to goto the sea, the beaches of the Adriatic such as Tower Canne andSavelletri it`s only 20 and 18 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Shared Pool available from May to October. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

If you are a seasoned traveller looking for a traditional experience of Locorotondo and the surrounding region, this is the place for you. This 4 bedroom trulli is surrounding by towering trees.
