Villa Margherita is a holiday home with garden for 6 guests by the beach of Punta Prosciutto, a well-known seaside location near Porto Cesareo.

The holiday home is introduced by a porch with dining area and it consists of a living room with tv and air conditioning, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed room with two bunk beds and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The closest city centre with amenities is Torre Colimena, less than 4 kilometers away.
Moreover, the villa is near Torre Lapillo, 7 kilometers away and Porto Cesareo, 11 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Final cleaning for pets euro 45 to be paid upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in the living room.
