Comfortable apartment with a seaview ideal for 4 guests is located in the ancient village of Marola, where you can discover the real Liguria, where you can immerse yourself in the life of a small Ligurian village, a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.

The space The 65 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a characteristic period building NOT equipped with a lift. The internal space is organized as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, microvave oven, moka coffee maker, oven and kitchen utensils - Living area with sofa and TV - Bedroom 1 with double bed and a wardrobe - Bedroom 2 equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower - Balcony Further services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, washing machine, 2 fans, iron and ironing board. ATTENTION: - NO A/C. Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes). Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Appartamento spazioso con camere spaziose. Lato cucina ampia sala da pranzo/cucina.
Buona posizione per i bus da e verso La Spezia.
Difficile trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'appartamento.

Posizione tranquilla, bellissima la vista mare dalla finestra
La pulizia dell' appartamento, posate sporche, portaposate pieno di briciole, grattugia ancora con del formaggio attaccato, polvere e batuffoli ovunque, sanitari bagni macchiati

L’alloggio corrisponde alle foto e ha una bellissima vista sul mare.
La casa è in una posizione molto comoda, si può raggiungere La Spezia e Porto Venere in 10/15 min d’auto, ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le 5 terre!
L’aspetto non molto positivo è l’assenza di parcheggi prossimi all...
